A doctor must communicate "PROBLEM & SOLUTION" on visits 1 and 2 in practice with a new patient. Be prepared for this, don't wing it. Don't go into these opportunities without studying the case, and developing a treatment protocol so you can deliver to the patient without confusion. If you don't prepare and roll visit 1 and 2 into one visit you will NOT make the impact you want with the patient and they will be confused, and basically use you for pain relief only.
